With the capacity to cook pizzas up to 40 cm in diameter, fresh bread, meat, seared vegetables and much more, the Ooni Karu 2 Pro oven is ideal for all types of preparation. The large window and internal height of 14.5 cm offer excellent visibility and enough space to cook any dish.

High-quality materials and innovative design
Made of painted carbon steel and stainless steel, the oven is robust and durable. The 1.5 cm thick cordierite baking stone ensures even heat distribution. The new oven mouth design with ClearView™ technology improves visibility while reducing soot.

Precise Temperature Control
The oven heats up to 500°C (950°F) in just 15 minutes, allowing you to cook a pizza in just 60 seconds. The oven's new rear inlet and chimney baffle provide complete control over airflow. The digital temperature hub, with instant on-screen readout and included food probe, allows for precise monitoring of cooking.

Compatibility and Dimensions
Compatible with Ooni Cookware products, the oven can also operate on gas with the burner accessory (sold separately). The oven's dimensions are 50 x 81 x 83 cm, with a cooking surface of 42.4 x 42.4 cm and a weight of 28.4 kg, making it a portable and convenient option for all your cooking needs.
