1950

Fifties the Ciatti family takes care of the company that bears his name, business activity which has evolved - and is still evolving - over three generations.

2003

It was founded in 2003 as the JRC with the meeting and Flavia Ciatti Bruno Rainaldi, curious and utopian investigator of expressive codes. A new company dedicated to developing and accessories for the house. Under the artistic direction of Bruno Rainaldi, born furniture, chairs, mirrors and objects designed by Bruno Rainaldi is both from other exponents of Italian design. JRC A brand born important pieces including Ptolomeo that soon became the bestseller of the company. For this project to Bruno Rainaldi it was awarded the "Compasso d´oro 2004"

2006

In 2006 Lapo Ciatti, who represents the third generation, joins the company with the entrepreneurial instinct of family and training in Industrial Design.
New confrontations and new opinions. Born OPINION CIATTI, OC, our interpretation of design, always with the artistic direction of Bruno Rainaldi and based in Calenzano. Brand that replaces the JRC.

2011

In 2011 Bruno Rainaldi bequeaths to Lapo Ciatti a cultural background and important expressive.
Lapo now pursuing solo, in addition to the management also the artistic one.

2012

Comes the first collection of Lapo Ciatti with pieces that do not betray the expectations of the result of the master´s teachings.
