Practical and intuitive, thanks to digital control and exclusive content via app, it is the ideal choice for those who don't want to give up even the slightest comfort. The chromed stainless steel shelves combine design and versatility. Thanks to these shelves you can store up to 4 different bottles.
Free installation allows you to position it where you deem it most appropriate and convenient, depending on the space available to you. The new hOn app, developed in collaboration with Vivino, the most famous wine marketplace in the world, allows you to access a wide range of exclusive content from your cellar. With the “SNAP MY WINE” function you can scan the wine label to automatically get all the useful information, such as the cellar, the grapes and the production year. Furthermore, by scanning your bottle, you will immediately be able to discover the respective rating of Vivino users and their review about it. The application is very useful, also because it advises you on the best wine and food pairings.
The design of this wine cellar fits perfectly with the style of your kitchen or office. The elegant double glass door allows you to check the bottles at a glance, protecting them from the potentially harmful effects of UV rays.
The LED lighting offers you wide internal visibility, extended across all shelves. The advantages of this type of lighting are its longer life and lower electricity consumption compared to traditional bulbs (about 15 times less). Thanks to the adjustable feet, you can also arrange your compact cellar according to your every need. The high-quality compressor dampens vibrations and noise, ensuring perfect storage conditions.
HOW TO STORE WINE AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE DEPENDING ON THE TYPE
The new range of Candy wine cellars offer numerous advantages compared to any refrigerator. Reds, whites and sparkling wines can finally be served at the most appropriate temperature to be tasted and savored thoroughly. The horizontal orientation allows the bottles to be kept in the correct position: in this way, the cork is constantly in contact with the wine, which would not happen in a vertical position, always remaining moist and adhering perfectly to the neck of the bottle. The digital display allows the user to choose and set the desired temperature at any time, depending on the type of wine.
Sparkling wine, whether champagne or sparkling wine, allows for a harsher climate, from 5 to 9°. Sweet white wine must be served at a temperature of 8-10°, while dry white wine between 10-12°. Unlike white, red wine must be served hotter, being much more full-bodied: 14-16° for the sweet one, 16-22° for the dry one. Finally, fortified wines can be served both cold and at room temperature, from 5 to 15°.
