The Sambonet PVD is a registered Know How. It is not a simple coating but is welded at an atomic level to the surface substrate, offering greater resistance to wear, scratches and the formation of rust or oxides.
PVD – acronym for Physical Vapor Deposition – gives objects valuable colors and shades, and is obtained from the deposition of metal particles by vaporization in a vacuum chamber. The coating is welded at an atomic level to the stainless steel substrate, providing the material with greater hardness and resistance to both friction wear and corrosion, inhibiting the formation of rust or oxides.
