With a 33.7 cm cooking surface, the Ooni Karu 12G is ideal for 30 cm diameter pizzas. The 15 mm thick cordierite pizza stone ensures even heat distribution, allowing you to cook your pizza in just 60 seconds. This oven quickly reaches high temperatures, reaching 450°C in just 15 minutes, for perfect results every time.

Innovative technology for maximum convenience
The oven features a ClearView™ insulated borosilicate glass door, designed to prevent soot and ash build-up. The SureGrab™ handle technology remains cool to the touch even when the oven is in use, offering added safety.
